This was a truly unique stay! The houseboat was larger than I was expecting. It is more than comfortable for two people. It was not difficult at all to board the boat. The rooftop deck was a little tricky to maneuver, especially if you have a drink in your hand. It just takes two people. But it is worth the trip - best place to watch the sunset. We loved watching the boats and the birds float by. The bed was comfortable and it was very peaceful at night to sleep.

Appreciated staying at the penthouse on Maryland Ave in Atlantic City. Great place to stay right by the water. I liked the back balcony overlooking the water. Check this place out if you need a spot to stay at on the Jersey Shore! Highly recommend for your Airbnb stay.

i was traveling and needed a cozy, quiet place to stay for the night and I could not have possibly picked a better place! The whole houseboat was spotless, really cute decor, and it looked exactly like the photos. I would stay here again anytime! 10/10 ⭐️

Well appointed Float Home with all the comforts of home. Perfect for working from "home", for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the area, or for just getting away to enjoy a unique experience.
The Float Home (or houseboat) was built for year- round living with a powerful HVAC system to keep you toasty in the winter and cool in the summer.
The kitchen features a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a full set of cookware and dishware.
The bedroom is cozy with a comfortable queen size bed, a closet, and plenty of storage shelving.
The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area and living rooms offer a spacious area to enjoy a meal or watch a movie.
The large couch in the living room is a great spot for an afternoon snooze with the water right outside the 3 large sliding glass doors, or for enjoying a movie at night on the large 55" flat screen tv.
Just outside the float home on dry land is a private grill and picnic table for for outdoor dining. We also provide 3 kayaks for you to use at your own risk. You can launch the kayaks from the black floating dock on the other side of the travel lift.
Please note, this is a floating houseboat that needs to be boarded. Please use caution stepping on and off the Float Home.

The Space
The building on this property features 2 separate units.
The lower unit of the 2 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and the upper Penthouse unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. There are also boat slips in the back which are accessed by boat owner slip tenants. Please be courteous and respectful to other guests on the property both at the docks behind the home and in the common areas of the building. Please adhere to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am. -
On the first floor you will enjoy awesome views from the balcony of the Delta basin of Atlantic City's marina. The open floor plan brings together the living area, with euro sofa bed and TV, the dining area, with a table set for 6, and the kitchen, with dining chairs for 2 more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a nice meal for family or friends. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
A full bathroom is accessible on this floor right beside the dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed on this level.
Up the spiral staircase, or the hallway staircase (you could use either), are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a walk in shower and the other a tub/shower.
On the second level there is a second balcony overlooking the marina that is accessible from both the bedroom as well as the hallway. -
On the third floor is the separate penthouse unit. From the living area and kitchen you will enjoy awesome views from the balcony of the Delta basin of Atlantic City's marina.
