  • Well appointed Float Home with all the comforts of home. Perfect for working from "home", for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the area, or for just getting away to enjoy a unique experience.

    The Float Home (or houseboat) was built for year- round living with a powerful HVAC system to keep you toasty in the winter and cool in the summer.

    The kitchen features a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a full set of cookware and dishware.

    The bedroom is cozy with a comfortable queen size bed, a closet, and plenty of storage shelving.

    The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area and living rooms offer a spacious area to enjoy a meal or watch a movie.

    The large couch in the living room is a great spot for an afternoon snooze with the water right outside the 3 large sliding glass doors, or for enjoying a movie at night on the large 55" flat screen tv.

    Just outside the float home on dry land is a private grill and picnic table for for outdoor dining. We also provide 3 kayaks for you to use at your own risk. You can launch the kayaks from the black floating dock on the other side of the travel lift.

    Please note, this is a floating houseboat that needs to be boarded. Please use caution stepping on and off the Float Home.

  • Modern private float home with all the comforts of home. Two Zone Cold AC in the summer and warm heat in the winter for year round comfort.

    With access to your own private beach, fire pit area and deck. Enjoy your own private oasis.

    Adirondack chairs and a outdoor furniture on the riverfront deck provide a comfortable setting for taking in the sunrise and sunset. Beside the deck is a firepit and the kayak storage area (kayaks use is a shared amenity with guests in the house). There is a grill and a table for outdoor cooking and dining.

    To board the float home, simply cross the cable and rope suspension bridge. Once inside you will be greeted by the open floor plan of the living dining and kitchen area. In the living area you can enjoy streaming a movie on the large TV, or just watch the boats go by up and down the river. The best views from the dining table or kitchen counter and sink, outside the large picture window, but nonetheless river views abound in every room. The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner stove top, a large air fryer toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, and of course a chef's style kitchen sink

    The comfy bedroom allows you to sleep with the water right outside your window giving you the feeling you are sleeping right on top of the river.
    Closet organizer in the bedroom provides a nice place to hang and store your clothing.

    There are two bathrooms. One has a toilet with a wash basin and the other a shower with a vanity and sink.

    Float home is a floating vessel and subject to moving from nature via wind and tide. Please board and deboard float home with caution. Use caution on deck and beach area near water

  • Right in the heart of Atlantic City enjoy the view of the golden nugget from the little nugget.

    The Space

    The building on this property features 2 separate units.

    The lower unit of the 2 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and the upper Penthouse unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. There are also boat slips in the back which are accessed by boat owner slip tenants. Please be courteous and respectful to other guests on the property both at the docks behind the home and in the common areas of the building. Please adhere to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am.

  • On the first floor you will enjoy awesome views from the balcony of the Delta basin of Atlantic City's marina. The open floor plan brings together the living area, with euro sofa bed and TV, the dining area, with a table set for 6, and the kitchen, with dining chairs for 2 more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a nice meal for family or friends. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

    A full bathroom is accessible on this floor right beside the dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed on this level.

    Up the spiral staircase, or the hallway staircase (you could use either), are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a walk in shower and the other a tub/shower.

    On the second level there is a second balcony overlooking the marina that is accessible from both the bedroom as well as the hallway.

  • On the third floor is the separate penthouse unit. From the living area and kitchen you will enjoy awesome views from the balcony of the Delta basin of Atlantic City's marina. The open floor plan brings together the living area, with euro sofa bed and TV, indoor fireplace, the dining area, with a table set for 4, and the kitchen, with dining chairs for 2 more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a nice meal for family or friends. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

    A full bathroom is accessible on this floor right beside the living/dining area. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed in this unit.
